We are very interested in this event. Only problem is that out of 10 people to join 5 people are vegetarian (not vegans) and doesn not drink chocoholic beverages . Any idea about what will be on the Stefani’s signature buffet for them and what kind of beverages?
I appreciate a response asap. Also, of course, are there 10 space available (one table together)?

Do you have any packages with near by hotels for that night?
Shuttle service to near by hotels?
Thank you for your interest. On the NYE buffet there will be vegetarian options such as salad, crudities, & pastas. For those who do not drink alcoholic beverages, there will be water, energy drinks, sodas, and juices.
We currently do not have a shuttle system or any hotel packages that go along with this event. It is something we will take into consideration as we plan for next year’s event.

Hi, my beau bought tickets for the upcoming NYE event, and I notice there will be a ’signature’ buffet – I wonder what that entails? I typically enjoy hand passed hors d’oeuvres, but it seems there won’t be any at this event?
We are very interested in this event, as we will be in Chicago on holidays from Europe. My question is: What is the required dress code for the event? Which clothing items are prohibited? – sneakers, hats, jeans, etc?

What is the attire for the night?
I don’t see anything about a dress code. What is the suggested dress attire?
The suggested dress code for the evening is cocktail attire. No specific clothing items are prohibited.
In regards to the buffet, Stefani Signature Events will be serving crudite, assorted pizza, cheese filled Mezzaluna Cippriani, mini egg rolls, mini sandwiches, and assorted bread and rolls. Open bar all evening and a Champagne toast at Midnight!
I had a few questions:
1. Will we be seated according to ticket number? Will the seats be ours for the evening or is it first come first sit?
2. How is the parking situation? If we’re dropped off, is there a good place to be dropped off? Will there be taxis available in the area after the event?

Thank you for your questions.
1. There is no guaranteed or assigned seating for the event at the Crystal Gardens. There will be tables and chairs scattered throughout the event.
2. Parking Lot West will be the closest parking area for the Crystal Gardens. If you are being dropped off, the main entrance at the front of the Pier will be the easiest drop off point and is very close the the Crystal Gardens.
NYE is never an easy night to find a cab in the city…with that being said, there is a cab stand at the front of Navy Pier, but there isn’t a dedicated line for the Crystal Garden event.

Im trying to purchase tickets ( at the last min). On the website the only option is for the tickets to be mailed. can I show up the day before and purchase in person?

Are there any items NOT allowed into the gardens? For instance, a camera and camera bag?

A couple of questions (as we are trying to find the appropriate party to attend last-minute and cannot find much information…
1. What is the general age range of the party? Or what was it like last year? Is it geared towards twenty-somethings, or is it an older crowd?
2. What is the capacity? Is this an event with a few hundred guests? Or one of those 2000 person affairs?

If you are trying to purchase tickets last minute, go to http://www.tickets.com and enter the Keyword ‘Crystal Gardens NYE’ in the search bar. Then click on the ‘Alife Group NYE 2009′. This will take you to an order page and you can print off the bar code at the end of the ordering process. That barcode is all you need to get in on Thursday night.
Cameras are allowed in the Crystal Gardens.
Coat Check is at the entrance of the party just before you enter the Gardens. There is a charge of $2.00 per item checked.
The demographic of the party is generally 21-35, but of course anyone over 21 is welcome. Last year there were about 1,700 guests in attendance and we are expecting the same for our 2010 celebration!
