Here is a more specific breakdown of what those stations include: Breakfast Station:Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Eggs Benedict, Pancakes, and French Toast Omelet Station: Choose from a variety of ingredients to build your own omelet. Carving Station: Roast Beef, Smoked Ham, and Roast Pork Pasta Station: Chicken Mezzalune Cipriani, Penne Al Brivido, Italian Station: Chicken Vesuvio, Sausage & peppers, variety of pizzas, Italian antipasto, bruschetta, Caprese salad, grilled vegetables, stuffed mushrooms, fried calamari, & roasted potatoes. Seafood Station: Raw oysters, shrimp, crab legs, oysters Rockefeller, stuffed scallops with crab meat in the shell, salmon and lox.
