Both holiday menus are served family-style.  Dinner starts with Chopped Liver, Gefilte Fish with Horseradish, and Golden Chicken Broth with Matzo Ball.  Entrees include your choice of Oven-Roasted Brisket of Beef, Whole Roasted Chicken, or Fresh Broiled Lake Superior Whitefish; all served with fresh green beans in garlic and olive oil.  For dessert, enjoy a tray of old fashioned honey cake, sponge cake and macaroons.

Coffee, Tea, or Fountain Beverage included.
