You can find our very own Chef Federico Comacchio of Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush demonstrating an amazing seasonal entree on the Bon Appetit Main Stage on Saturday, September 25th from 3:00pm – 3:30pm.
Chef Luigi Garcia of RIVA Crab House on Navy Pier can be found in the Mediterranean Tasting Pavilion on Sunday, September 26th from 12:00 – 2:00pm.
