This February, Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush will host an exclusive wine dinner featuring Colterenzio Winery. Patrons will enjoy a 4-course dinner expertly paired with an array of Colterenzio wines including Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Nero. Letizia Pasini from Colterenzio Wine will be on hand to discuss the wines. Menu highlights will include: Steamed Mediterranean Baby Octopus.
