FINS-UP at The LandShark Beer Garden
The newly renovated LandShark Beer Garden is now open for the 2011 summer season. Located at the East End of Navy Pier, the beer garden is a great place for guests to unwind and enjoy Chicago’s lakefront while listening to the hottest local bands play five nights a week. Residents and visitors, alike, will enjoy the outdoor atmosphere, surrounded by the unique personality of Navy Pier and the Chicago Skyline.
Headlined by its signature LandShark Lager, the new beverage menu will feature imports, microbrews and domestic beers as well as trendy cocktails and frozen drinks. For guests craving a quick bite, the quick-service walk-up window will offer summer favorites including homemade pizza, brats soaked in LandShark Lager, burgers and more.
New this year to the LandShark Beer Garden, The Bait Shack Café will feature table service along with the best seats in town for Navy Pier’s summer firework shows. The menu at The Bait Shack Café features a variety of fun summer foods such as Chicken Pot Stickers, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, LandShark Double Stacked Angus Cheeseburgers, and a Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. I just wanted to compliment the staff at the Landshark Beer Garden for their courtesy and efficiency – the Payton Jazz Orchestra peformed for the CURE benefit this past Tuesday (june 21st) at the Pier and enjoyed dinner at the beer garden. The staff served us fast and came out to check if everything was satisfactory. Cudos to this fine establishment.
Thanks, Glenn! Hope you see you again soon!
