Guests are invited to Tuscany Oak Brook to experience the wines of Pertinace from Piemonte. On Wednesday, October 24, winemaker Cesare Barbero will host an expertly paired, five course wine dinner. Featured dishes include Duck Confit stuffed round Ravioli paired with Pertinace Barbera 2009 and Braised Prime Beef Short Rib paired with Pertinace Barolo 2008. Full menu with pairings are below.
