Summer in Chicago. Is there a better time for a relaxing outdoor meal complete with some incredible one-of-a-kind cocktails. Phil Stefani’s West Loop hot spot MAD Social has created a refreshing cocktail menu that’s sure to wet your whistle while you enjoy those long summer nights.
The experienced mixologists at MAD have designed six unique drinks made with the highest quality liquors and freshest ingredients. Our delicious cocktail menu includes the following flavorful creations:
RED JACKET
New Amsterdam gin, honey syrup, cherry herring, lemon juice, lavender, bitters
PRETTY IN PINK
Tito’s Vodka, muddled strawberry and basil, lemon juice, simple syrup
EL GUAPO
Milagro blanco tequila, housemade vanilla spiced syrup, jalapeño simple, bitters, salt
MADHATTAN
Wyoming whiskey, Carpano Antica, campari ice cubes
ROSEMARY’S BABY
Ketel One rosemary infused, cherry Heering, lime, ginger beer
RUMMY
Lavender infused Bacardi, Lavender syrup, Luxardo liquor, lime
