This July marks Phil Stefani’s 20th year on the legendary Taylor Street. As a sign of our appreciation we are celebrating you, our customer. Each time you dine at Tuscany Taylor during the month of July your table will receive a sealed envelope.
Like Pandora’s Box, you MUST resist the temptation to open it! The next time you dine with us during the next three months, give the sealed envelope to your server or the manager. At that time, they will unseal the envelope and reveal your gift!
The gift in the envelope is then applied to your bill. Gifts range from 20% off to gift certificates worth $100. The envelope prizes are good for lunch or dinner during the months of July, August and September and may not be combined with any other promotion.
And…drop your business card to win! We’ll be doing daily drawings during the month of July at lunch and dinner for Stefani gift certificates.
Taste of Chicago, the legendary food festival, kicks off this Friday, June 25th. Now in its 30th year, the festival will feature more than 50 restaurants, including our very own, Tuscany (booth #26).
Tuscany will be serving up all of your Italian favorites; Italian Beef, Italian Sausage and Turkey Meatball sandwiches, our famous Toasted Ravioli, and new this year… a Chicken Parmigiana sandwich!

Grant Park — north/south between Monroe Avenue and Balbo Drive, east/west between Michigan Avenue and Lake Shore Drive.
When:
Taste of Chicago Dates: June 25 through July 4, 2010 (subject to change)

11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (the festival closes at 6:00 p.m. on July 3 and July 4)
Admission:
Admission and events are free, but you have to pay for food and drinks. Purchases are made by ticket only. Tickets are sold in strips of 12 for $8. Large items are generally 9-10 tickets, side portions 6-7 tickets, soft drinks 4 tickets. All daily restaurants offer a small “Taste” portion for 2-3 tickets — a great way to sample a large variety of all the food available.

Love it or hate it, Sex and the City introduced a whole new generation of drinkers to the fabulous world of the cocktail.
The Cosmo was Carrie Bradshaw’s drink of choice throughout much of Sex and the City. Despite its modern image, the recipe follows the classic sour-family cocktail recipe of base spirit (vodka), sweetener (Cointreau) and sour (lime juice), with a bit of cranberry juice thrown in to add an extra bit of tartness and a nice pink color.
In honor of the recent release of Sex and the City 2, we will be featuring $5 Cosmos at Tuscany Wheeling! Monday through Thursday, until the end of June!
Offical Cosmopolitan Cocktail Recipe
1½ shots citrus vodka
½ shot Cointreau
¾ shot cranberry juice
½ shot lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Shake all ingredients well with ice and fine strain in to a cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange zest.
On Sunday, May 9th, join us at Tuscany in Wheeling for a delicious Mother’s Day brunch! Executive Chef Bolla Loza will be featuring six different stations; Breakfast, Omelet, Seafood, Carving, Italian & Dessert. Coffee, Tea, Soda and Mimosas are all included. Mother’s Day brunch is served from 10am-3pm. Regular dinner menu starts at 4pm.
