May Wine Dinner at Tuscany Wheeling

Featuring Chef Bolla Loza and Wine Master John Cressman

Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of food, friends and an array 90+ rated wines from Wine Spectator.  Patrons will enjoy a four-course dinner hosted by Chef Bolla Loza with wine pairings presented by Wine Master John Cressman.

Seasonal menu highlights will include the Risotto al Tartufo Nero and Roasted Veal Chop; featured wines will include 2004 Terralsole Brunello di Montalcino,  2004 Negretti “Bricco Ambrogio” Barolo, and more.  See below for the full menu with pairings.
