February Wine Dinner

This February, Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush will host an exclusive wine dinner featuring Colterenzio Winery.  Patrons will enjoy a 4-course dinner expertly paired with an array of Colterenzio wines including Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Nero. Letizia Pasini from Colterenzio Wine will be on hand to discuss the wines. Menu highlights will include: Steamed Mediterranean Baby Octopus. Organic Carnaroli Rice and Roasted 6 oz Beef Filet (full menu and pairings below). 

WHEN: Friday, February 4; Hors d’oeuvres 6:30 PM • Dinner 7:00 PM 

COST: $60 per person (does not include tax and gratuity).

Antipasto 

Insalata di Polipo, Patate e Fagiolini 

Steamed Mediterranean Baby Octopus, served with Golden Yukon Potato, Baby Green Beans, Liguria Olives and light Basil Pesto sauce 

Paired with: Pinot Grigio Colterenzio 

  

Piatto di Mezzo 

Risotto alla Matriciana 

Organic Carnaroli rice tossed with fresh Tomato sauce, Red Onion Confit, Organic Pancetta and Pecorino cheese 

Paired with: Sauvignon Blanc Colterenzio

Filetto al Pinot Nero, Midolloe Pancetta Affumicata 

Roasted 6 oz Beef Filet, served with Pinot Noir and Veal Marrow Reduction, toasted Apple wood smoked Nueske’s Bacon 

Paired with: Pinot Nero Colterenzio

 

Dolce 

Sfogliatella alle Mele 

Italian Puff Pastry Sfogliatella, filled with Organic Michigan Golden Apple, Balsamic Caramel sauce and Vanilla Gelato
