Only Eighteen Chicago-area restaurants are to receive the “Ospitalita Italiana Seal” an honor recognizing their authenticity and culinary contributions to Italian culture, and Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush was among the selections. A dinner event is to be held on Thursday, March 17 (marking the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy) at the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame, 1431 W.
