Tuscany Oak Brook Wine Dinner

Join James Collins, Gallo’s Senior Director of Coastal Wine Growing, for a special evening at Tuscany Oak Brook! The evening will feature the Wines of Washington State, a five-course menu with hand-selected wine pairings and a journey through the wineries of Washington. Roasted jumbo shrimp wrapped in smoked bacon, Tuscan farro mousse, fresh thyme aged balsamic reduction

Bright green grass and hints of granny smith apples marry with subtle notes of oak, bright acidity on the finish.

Marinated grilled green and white asparagus, baby romaine, toasted cashews, shaved Pecorino, black peppercorn dried cherry vinaigrette

A juicy palate of peach watermelon and honey flavors leads to bright acidity on the mid-palate rounded out by a clean finish with lingering fruit.

Round ravioli stuffed with Granny smith apples and duck comfit, sage brown butter sauce, oven dried cherry tomato, shaved parmigiano

The silky texture & alluring scents of rose petals & violets lead to flavors of raspberry, marionberry, chocolate & spice.

Roasted veal strip loin medallion wrapped in speck prosciutto, pan seared white potato crust, caramelized Vidalia onions, Washington Hills Cabernet reduction

A wonderful bouquet of blackberry married with eucalyptus fills this aromatic Cabernet.
