437 Rush Hosts Ruffino Wine Dinner

The Ruffino wine dinner is sold out. However, tickets are still available for our upcoming Opera Night Dinner; another great evening of delicious food, paired with wine and wonderful entertainment!


This February, Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush will host an exclusive wine dinner featuring Ruffino Wines.  Patrons will enjoy a six-course dinner prepared by Chef Federico Comacchio,  expertly paired with an array of Ruffino wines. Giuseppe (Pepi) D’Andrea from Ruffino will be on hand to discuss the wines. Menu highlights will include: Stewed Spiced Baby Octopus, Braised Short Rib, Aged Tuscan Pecorino Fondue and more (full menu and pairings below).
