April Wine Dinner: 437 Rush

Join us on Wednesday, April 18, as Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush hosts an exclusive wine dinner featuring Vini Polvaro.  Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres followed by a four course dinner prepared by Chef Federico Comacchio.  Each course will be expertly paired with an array of Vini Polvaro.  Menu highlights will include: Steamed Baby Octopus, Organic Gnocchi, Roasted Rib Eye Filet and more (full menu and pairings below).
