Chef Federico Collaborates with Chef Picco from Milan

In celebration of the historic NATO Summit in Chicago, Chicago’s Culinary Crossroads has matched chefs from the NATO nations with local Chicago chefs to collaborate and create a unique dining experience.

Our very own Chef Federico of Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush had the honor of collaborating with Italy’s own Chef Eros Picco of Innocenti Evasioni restaurant, located in Milan.  On Thursday, May 3, all guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the product of this collaboration, a four course tasting menu.

(The regular dining menu will also be available.  Items on the tasting menu will be available a la carte from our daily chef specials menu.)
