Franciscan Wine Dinner

This June, Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush will host an exclusive wine dinner featuring wines from the Franciscan Estate, Napa Valley.  Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres followed by a five-course dinner prepared by Chef Federico Comacchio.  Each course will be expertly paired by Franciscan Estate’s Director of Winemaking, Janet Myers, with wines focusing on Cabernet and Bordeaux varietals.  Menu highlights include Roasted Shrimp wrapped in Organic Pancetta, Organic Carnaroli rice tossed with Natural Gorgonzola Fondue, Roasted Beef Filet and more (full menu and pairings below).
