Leap Year! It’s a day that only comes around once every four years. Because it’s such a special day, every four years Riva Crab House loves taking the opportunity to celebrate!

Join us on Navy Pier for one of Chicago’s most magnificent dining views Monday, February 29, for great specials all day. Executive Chef Luigi Garcia has prepared an amazing Leap Year prix-fixe menu that includes dishes for every taste. For just $29 per person, enjoy your choice of:

FIRST COURSE

LOBSTER CORN BISQUE
Vermouth sweet corn, Maine Lobster, Basil

RIVA’S CAESAR SALAD
Romaine spears, creamy Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, cheese crunchy croutons

ISLAND COCONUT SHRIMP
White jumbo shrimp, coconut flakes, Jamaican rum down sauce, sugar can skewer

SECOND COURSE

STEFANI’S CHEESE AGNOLOTTI
Brown butter, sage pistachio

ATLANTIC SALMON
Baby bok choy, vegetable pot stickers, micro cilantro, Thai coconut broth

FRENCH CUT CHICKEN BREAST
Brussels sprouts, Nichols farm potatoes, organic pancetta, brown chicken jus
