When Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants decided to bring our popular Tuscany concept to Wheeling, it was our hope that our traditional Italian fare and first-class service would help us develop a large and loyal customer base in Chicago’s northern suburbs.
Executive Chef Bolla Loza, General Manager Frank D’Angelo and the entire staff work tirelessly at Tuscany Wheeling to deliver an unrivaled dining experience from the moment our guests walk through the front door until we give our thanks as they depart. Over the years, Tuscany Wheeling has received several accolades for both our food and service. While we cherish those honors, it’s the feedback of our guests that motivates us to keep providing the best Italian dining experience in Chicago’s suburbs.

“We went to Tuscany for my wife’s birthday dinner. We had never been there before. We will definitely be back! The server was very attentive and the food was delicious! When it was time for dessert they brought a piece of birthday cake for my wife! We also ordered chocolate bread pudding with caramel sauce. Wow! My family (I couldn’t eat it) went wild over this. “I’ve been to this restaurant many times for business functions, and it’s always good. My go-to dish is Chicken Marsala, but I also had a wonderful Chilean Sea Bass here. “I had to be in the area for work in the office. My wife took time off to join me on the trip. She found Tuscany while searching the area for a place to eat. “This was my second visit to Tuscany and it did not disappoint. Our favorite dish of the night was antipasto for two—wonderful collection of fresh parmesan, assorted fresh olives and thinly-sliced salami, mortadella, and ham. Served with toasted bread slices. Excellent! My companion had spaghetti marinara and I had eggplant parmasano. Both were very good. Waiter was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.
