Tuscany in Wheeling Cooking Up Special Mother’s Day Brunch for 2017

On Sunday, May 14, 2017, Tuscany in Wheeling will serve up the Northern Suburbs Best Mother’s Day Brunch!

Tuscany’s Executive Chef Bolla Loza has created an incredible Mother’s Day buffet that will feature nine delicious stations! This year’s options will include favorite breakfast items, fresh seafood, chef attended carvery, made-to-order omelette station, Italian specialties and antipasto, salads, a kids corner, and last but not least, the dessert station. Brunch will be served from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. For those that want to treat Mom to Mother’s Day dinner, we will begin serving our regular dinner menu at 4:30 p.m.

Cost is $44.95 per adult and $19.95 for children 10 and younger.

BREAKFAST SELECTIONS

Eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, waffles, pancakes, french toast, breakfast sausage, bacon, hash browns

CARVERY

Honey baked ham, marinated beef strip, roasted leg of lamb

OMELETTES

Bacon, ham, onions, bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheddar, mozzarella, egg whites

ITALIAN DISHES

Whole roasted chicken, sausage and peppers, roasted potatoes, assorted grilled vegetables, pastas and pizzas, stuffed mushrooms

SALAD

Bread, caesar, Tuscany, seafood salad

ANTIPASTO STATION

Assorted pizzas, bruschetta, caprese, fried calamari

VARIOUS SEAFOOD

Crab legs, raw oysters, shrimp, calamari, smoked salmon, scallops in the half shell

SWEET TABLE

Ice cream bar, mini pastries, chocolate fondue fountain, fresh fruit, chocolate covered strawberries

KIDS CORNER

Chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks
