Broken English Taco Pubs Will Host Annual Cinco de Mayo Party

Posted on May 1st, 2023

All 3 Broken English Taco Pub locations will host their annual Cinco de Mayo party this Friday, May 5th. The Broken English brand is best known for their combination of unique Mexican street-style tacos, creative cocktails, eclectic music, and vivid artwork created by local talent. All taco pubs will have Frida Kahlo ice sculpture shots, boozy (and regular) piñatas, merchandise, and giveaways. Additionally, each location will feature its own unique experience as part of their celebration of this festive holiday.

The Loop location (75 E Lake Street) will open at 11:30am on Friday, May 5th. DJ Mexit will be in the house from 4pm-7pm. Expect a musical blend of vintage Latin Soul, Cumbia, and Salsa from Mexit’s set.

Broken English in Old Town (1400 N Wells St) will open at noon on Friday, May 5th. There will be free mechanical bull rides from 5pm-8pm at this location.

The Lincoln Park location (2576 N Lincoln Ave) opens at 4pm this Cinco de Mayo. They will have an interactive 360 degree photo booth available to all guests from 4pm-8pm.
