Known for its elegant, food-friendly wines and enduring legacy of excellence, Jordan Winery has been a cornerstone of Sonoma County winemaking since 1972. For one night only, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu from Tavern’s culinary team, with each course expertly paired to highlight the balance, complexity, and sophistication of Jordan’s acclaimed wines.

The evening begins with a welcoming reception featuring Hokkaido Scallop Crudo with yuzu kosho vinaigrette, compressed cucumber, finger lime, and avocado mousse, paired with the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble—a vibrant and refreshing start to the experience.

The first seated course showcases Butter-Poached Maine Lobster served with sweet corn velouté, roasted baby leeks, black truffle, and chive oil alongside the 2023 Jordan Chardonnay. Renowned for its elegance and bright acidity, the Chardonnay beautifully complements the richness of the lobster and the delicate sweetness of the corn.

As the evening progresses, guests will enjoy a series of exceptional beef courses, including Snake River Farms Wagyu Short Rib paired with the 2021 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon and a spectacular 45-Day Dry-Aged Prime New York Strip accompanied by the 2012 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. The mature vintage offers remarkable depth and complexity, making it an ideal companion to the steak’s bone marrow crust and black garlic jus.

The dinner culminates with an indulgent A5 Japanese Wagyu course paired with the 2009 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon before concluding on a sweet note with Warm Apple Tarte Tatin served alongside the 2022 Jordan Sauternes by Château Guiraud.
